How quickly will you react when I report a problem or if you detect one?
Our team takes all problems and emergency situations very seriously and we focus on quick communication, explaining the problem and eliminating it, usually maximally within 24 hours. However, there are problems that may require the help of your web hosting company or other external providers (depending on the services you are using for your website) and in such cases sometimes it may take us some more time to resolve the problem as it depends on their response time if an action on their side is required to eliminate the problem.
I need new pictures for my website. Will I be able to get them by using Webinity?
Can you make modifications to my website or add new features on request?
